Car washes generate wastewater containing sand, silt, oil and detergents every day. Discharging all of this water directly increases fresh-water consumption and drainage costs, while placing additional pressure on settling tanks, pipelines and the municipal sewer system.
A recycling system first removes coarse solids and then uses filtration, purification and disinfection processes so that treated water can be reused for vehicle washing. This reduces fresh-water demand, lowers discharge volumes and supports more stable operation.
Every car wash in Bishkek is different. Bay count, daily vehicle volume, peak-hour flow, existing settling tanks and pipe layout must be checked before equipment is selected.
Yuntai International provides site assessment, equipment selection, installation, commissioning and maintenance recommendations for car-wash water recycling projects.
